Yes, does not occur in Release-4.14 at CL 3215883
When multi-selecting bodies in the PhAT viewport, there is a significant delay between the user clicking and the editor registering the click.
It works fine when using the Hierarchy panel. This only occurs when clicking on the actual bodies in the viewport.
RESULT
After the first body select, there'll be a ~2 second delay for the following body selects to register
