App crashes on launch on tvOS/iOS

Description

This crash was caused by Dev-Rendering's merge to Main @ CL 3231696

Apps are crashing on launch on tvOS and iOS

This crash is also occurring in Main

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new BP Sidescroller Project
  2. Setup remote building options if on Windows
  3. File -> Package Project -> tvOS
  4. Install .ipa onto tvOS and launch it

Result: App crashes on launch
