When setting the Sublevels hidden in Sequencer, the sublevels become hidden in the viewport, but does not hide when it is played in PIE.
To test if the sequence played at start, I added a cube to the sequence and moved it around. This assured that the sequence played, but ignored the Level Visibility Track
This is a Regression from 4.14.2
Result: The SubLevel is visible despite being set to hidden in the sequence
Expected Result: The sublevel becomes hidden in the level
