Developer Notes

No resources to work on this at the moment; Can be worked around by using 540 rotation instead of 180

Description

If a static mesh is rotated 180 degrees, it is made slightly smaller than it usually is. There are some other degrees that can give the same effect without the shrinking, such as 540.

Regression?: No
This also occurred in 4.13, as far back as 4.11

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached project
  2. Open up NewBlueprint and look at the Viewport. Note that the two cubes are perfectly touching and there is no seam
  3. In the Construction Script, set the Rotation on both Make Transform nodes to 0, 0, 180
  4. Compile the blueprint
  5. Look at the viewport again
Result: There is a seam between the two cubes, causing a visible gap. The cubes have been made slightly smaller.
Expected: The viewport looks the same and there is no seam.
