Streaming Bounds Advanced Show Flag is not working as expected

Description

The stairs should have radius around each stair (StreamingBoundsExpected attachment). Instead there are no visible changes when the flag is checked (StreamingBoundsResults)

This is Not a regression.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame
  2. Open TM-ShowFlags_Advanced (Maps>Rendering)
  3. Navigate to 1.1 display
  4. Click Show > Advanced > Streaming Bounds

Result: Nothing changes

Expected Result: Toggling the show flag shows/hides spherical radii for each streaming level on the stairs of 1.1
