Missing Controller Controls options in VehicleGame

In The options, the controller controls options are missing a couple of the controls of the game. It might also have a control option for restarting position as well.

This is a regression

1. Open VehicleGame
2. Press the drop down arrow next to the Play in Editor button
3. Select Standalone Game
4. Once the standalone game opens, press esc
5. Double click Options
6. Double click Controller Controls

Result: The Controller Controls options only show Handbrake and Steering Axis options

Expected Results: The controller controls options shows options for Accelerating, braking/reverse, Handbrake and Steering
