Non-Issue. After investigating, the issue was just downloading the wrong drivers and thinking the current driver was up-to-date. With the correct drivers, I was unable to reproduce the crash.
A 32-bit ShooterGame package will crash when opened with no logging.
Result: ShooterGame will crash.
