Virtual keyboard does not come up when using a widget that allows text editing

Virtual keyboard does not come up when using a widget that allows text editing

1. Download the attached project
2. Package for an iOS device
3. Install the project onto the device
4. Open the project on the device
5. Touch the Editable text box
6. Notice that the virtual keyboard is not brought up

Expected: The virtual keyboard would pop up so as to enter text into the text box
Result: The virtual keyboard does not show up
