Tessellation doesn't render in certain levels of ContentExamples with Intel4600

Tessellation will not be rendered in the examples inside of the Material_Nodes and Material_Properties levels of Content Examples.

1. In ContentExamples, open the Material_Nodes level and navigate to demo display 1.12.
2. Observe the example.
3. Open the Material_Properties level and navigate to demo display 1.8.
4. Observe the example.

Result: There will be missing tessellation from the examples.
