Logstreaming warning when opening the editor: "LogStreaming:Warning: Failed to read file 'Common/RoundedSelection_16x.png' error."

Description

Encountered a warning opening the Editor:

LogStreaming:Warning: Failed to read file 'Common/RoundedSelection_16x.png' error.

This error is not present in the current Live 4.14.3 Binary.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open any project in UE4 Editor

Alternative Repro:

  1. Within a project, select Window > Developer Tools > Debug Tools
  2. Click "Reload Textures"

Result:
Warning is displayed in Output Log:
"LogStreaming:Warning: Failed to read file 'Common/RoundedSelection_16x.png' error."
