For a specific level with a simple BP actor that contains multiple static mesh components, lighting gets unbuilt after reloading the level, even when there is no change in the level.
"LogStaticMesh:Warning: Cached component instance data transform did not match! Discarding cached lighting data which will cause lighting to be unbuilt." appears for some of static mesh components.
1. Open the attached project
2. Build lighting then save the level
3. Open a new level
4. Reopen the original level
5. The lighting is now unbuilt with "Cached component instance data transform did not match!" warning
