Field of View setting of a Cine Camera Actor does not work in Sequencer

The field of view track of a Cine Camera Actor does not work in Sequencer.

Note
The setting, Field of View, is not in the details panel and can only be accessed through the track in Sequencer.

This is not a regression

1. Open any project
2. Add a Cine Camera Actor to the level
3. Create a new Level Sequence - Content Browser > Add New > Animation > Level Sequence
4. Open the Level Sequence
5. Add the Cine Camera Actor to the Level Sequence
6. Select +Track on the CameraComponent track
7. Select Field of View
8. Change the value of Field of View Track

Result: The Field of View property is not updating

Expected Result: The Field of View property updates with the number entered in the track
