Editor freezes when setting browser filepath for inserted element in project settings

May be similar issue as [Link Removed] but with slightly different repro steps.

Not a regression as it occurs in 4.14.3

1. Create a BP project
2. Click Edit > Project Settings...
3. Under Platforms, select HTML5 SDK.
4. Select the + icon next to the Available browsers.
5. Enter a Browser name and select a filepath for element 0
6. Click on the downwards arrow next to 2 members and select insert
7. Enter a browser name for the new element 0 that was inserted
8. Click on the 3 dots and select a filepath for the new element 0
9. Click Open on the File explorer window

Result: Editor freezes
