Particles Using Particle Cutout Flicker On Vulkan When Deployed To Galaxy S7

When enabling the particle cutout feature (by filling out the settings located in the required module) the particle system will begin to flicker on the Galaxy S7.

This was tested on a galaxy S6 edge model # SM-G925V and the issue didn't appear.

1. Open attached project
2. Package game for Android ASTC
3. Install onto Samsung Galaxy S7 and play

RESULT
The particle system begins flickering wildly once on screen.

EXPECTED
The particle system appears similar in quality to the editor.
