Check box widget appears to ignore visibility settings if it starts collapsed

Check box widget appears to ignore visibility settings if it starts collapsed. The check box appears to say collapsed

1. Open the editor
2. Create a new widget blueprint
3. Add a check box to the designer tab
4. Set the visibility to collapsed
5. Create the blueprint in the attached image
6. Save and compile
7. Open the level blueprint
8. Add the widget to the viewport
9. Play in Editor
10. Notice that the check box never shows up

Expected: The check box would toggle between visible and collapsed
Result: The check box appears to say collapsed
