After generating HLOD, game launched from launch on device does not run correctly.
4.14 does not seem to have this issue, so this might be a regression.
1. Create a new blank project
2. Add a cube to the map
3. Enable HLOD in world setting, and in HLOD outliner, generate clusters then proxy meshes
4. Save all, then try to launch the project on PC
5. Game crashes on launch
(6. Launch on device will work correctly after reopening the project)
