User reports scene captures are not working on Galaxy S6 and S7 both in regular mode and in GearVR mode.
Create new empty mobile project. ensure mobile hdr is off in project settings.
Add 2xscene captures, 2x render target 2d and 2x random mesh (on which to display results.)
assign rendertargets to scene captures.
Set one capture to final colour.
set the other capture to scene colour.
drag render targets onto each mesh to display scene capture contents.
deploy to android device. (iOS can also be used if metal rendering is disabled)
ensure scene capture content is correctly displayed on both meshes.
Once confirmed check that this still works with mobileHDR == true
