Blueprint Functional Tests Failing When Run Dedicated Server is Enabled

When Run Dedicated Server is enabled, it appears that functional tests are not able to succeed. The following error is appearing in the Automation Test Results:

1. Open the attached project
2. Ensure that Run Dedicated Server is enabled under the Play dropdown
3. Navigate to Window->Developer Tools-> Session Frontend
4. Select your session from the This Application dropdown
5. Navigate to the Automation tab
6. Expand Project->Functional Tests->MapNAme and check the SimpleNetTest test
7. Press the Start Test button

Result: Notice that Event Start Test is not being fired

Expected: Event Start Test would be fired and the string would be printed as it does when Run Dedicated Server is not enabled
