Tool tips for widget components do not appear to show up when the widget component is set to world space

Tool tips for widget components do not appear to show up when the widget component is set to world space

1. Open the editor
2. Create a new widget blueprint
3. Add an image to the designer tab
4. Right Something into the tool tip section for the image
5. Save and compile
6. Create a new actor blueprint
7. Add a widget component
8. Set the widget class to the New widget blueprint created above
9. Save and compile
10. Add the actor to the level
11. Play in Editor
12. Shif+F1 to show mouse
13. Hover over the image
14. Notice that the tool tip does not appear

Expected: The tool tip would show up for the 3D widget as it does for the 2D widget
Result: The Tool tip does not show up for the image in the widget component set to world space
