Clearing text property from a Text widget won't work the first time

It currently takes two attempts to clear the default text from a Text Block widget. The first time you try, the property will repopulate with the previous string.

1. Create a UTextBlock with some default text
2. Click onto a different widget and return to the text block
3. Delete the default text from the details panel and hit Enter to confirm
4. Field will populate with the previous text rather than stay blank
   Expected: Text Box should change to an empty string
