Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-43839)

Description

This was reported by support and verified in Main. This is blocking users from shipping Gear VR store projects going forward.

Steps to Reproduce

Open a project.
Set Install Location to Auto.
Check Configure AndroidManifest for deployment to Gear VR
Open up \Engine\Plugins\Runtime\GearVR\Source\GearVR\GearVR_APL.xml
Check the value equals <addAttribute tag="manifest" name="android:installLocation" value="internalOnly"/>

Configure for Gear VR sets device install to internal only, needs to be auto per gear vr specifications.
