Make sure to Rebind/assign actor in the sequence, save all, quit, restart, PIE and the cube should move.
The licensee is receiving an ambiguous search warning after recompiling the blueprint of an object involved in a level sequence that is contained in a hidden sublevel (which is then loaded and made visible at runtime.
Based on the licensee's repro steps, I was unable to reproduce the issue in a clean project. However, I have verified that it is occurring in the licensee's test project in both 4.15 and Dev-Framework CL# 3397002
Due to being unable to reproduce it in a clean project and the licensee's project being created in 4.15, I was unable to test in 4.14.
The message printed to the log in Dev-Framework is different than what was seen in 4.15.1:
LogMovieScene:Warning: Attempted to resolve object with a PIE instance that has not been fixed up yet. This is probably due to a streamed level not being available yet.
Result:
LogUObjectHash:Warning: Ambiguous search, could be Cube_Blueprint_C /Game/Sublevel.Sublevel:PersistentLevel.Cube_Blueprint or Cube_Blueprint_C /Game/UEDPIE_0_Sublevel.Sublevel:PersistentLevel.Cube_Blueprint
Expected: Cube's sequence would play as it does in Standalone and no warning would be logged.
