Steam Voice Chat Stops Functioning After Server Travel

Description

Voice Chat stops working after Server Travel is executed.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Have Steam Running
  2. Open the attached project and package for Win64
  3. Run an instance on two separate computers
  4. Press J on one PC to create a session
  5. Press K on the other to Join a session
  6. Hold shift to talk and verify that voice chat is working
  7. Press F to Server Travel
  8. Hold shift and attempt to talk again

Result: Voice Chat doesn't function after server travel

Expected: Voice chat would still function after server travel
