KiteDemo: Failed to load Outer for resources

Description

While testing KiteDemo for 4.16 Sample Pass – //UE4/Release-4.16 CL 3420042 in Binary – Two warnings occurred when opening the project.

LoadErrors:Warning: Warning CreateExport: Failed to load Outer for resource 'SizeBox_0': WidgetTree /Game/UI/Widgets/UI_FOV.UI_FOV_C:WidgetTree_227
LoadErrors:Warning: Warning CreateExport: Failed to load Outer for resource 'SizeBoxSlot_0': SizeBox /Game/UI/Widgets/UI_FOV.UI_FOV_C:WidgetTree_227.SizeBox_0

This has not been Tested for Regression yet. I will update the report once I am able to test in an earlier release.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch KiteDemo from editor

Result:
KiteDemo opens in editor with 2 Warnings
Expected Result:
KiteDemo opens in editor with no Warnings or Errors
Frequency:
3/3 - 100%
