Physics Constraint Angular Limits can be violated using Leap Motion controls

User Description:

Door is hanging on a Physics Constraint. Closed/opened door wobbles when attempting to violate angular constraints by pushing with leap motion hands. How can I remove those sharp collision responses?

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached test project
  2. Enable Leap Motion plugin
  3. PIE
  4. Using the Leap Motion, reach out and move the block that is directly in front of the player to the left or right
  5. Once the Physics Constraint Angular Limit is reached, push the block past the limit

Results: The Angular Limit can be exceeded and the physics object will jitter and snap around

Expected: When the Angular Limit is reached, the object will stop and the Leap Motion hand will either stop as well or push through the object rather than violate the constraint
