When the Pins are updated for the enumeration all existing connections and literals are lost.
Note this also happens when the Pin Type of the Index is changed from boolean/int/byte to an enumeration.
In a Blueprint create a Select Node
Make a Literal Float Node and connect to an Option Pin
Create a Literal Enum Node and connect to the Index Pin
Note that the connected links to the option pins are lost.
