Description

Disabling PIX Profiling in the project settings for Xbox One does not actually disable PIX Profiling.

This does not happen with C++ projects

This is a Regression

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Blueprint First Person Template (P4/GitHub
  2. Go to Edit > Project Settings > Platform > Xbox One
  3. Disable "Enable PIX Profiling"
  4. Package project for Xbox One
  5. Deploy the Packaged Project onto the Xbox through Xbox Manager
  6. Open the project on the Xbox
  7. Open PIX on your PC
  8. Select Capture button

Results: PIX can still analyze the game running on the Xbox even when it was disabled in the editor

Expected Results: PIX cannot analyze data from the game since it was disabled in the packaged build
