Spin Box delta does not appear to affect how the spin box increments through its values when clicking and dragging with the mouse. The spin box appears to increment/decrement by more or less depending on the size of the number currently in the spin box

1. Open the editor
2. Create a new widget blueprint
3. Add a spin box to the designer tab
4. Set the delta for the spin box to 100
5. Save and compile
6. Open the level blueprint
7. Add the widget that was created to the viewport
8. Play in editor
9. Click and drag on the spin box to change its value
10. Notice that the spin box does not increment by 100

Expected: The spin box would increment/decrement in the amount set by the delta
Result: The spin box appears to increment/decrement by more or less depending on the size of the number currently in the spin box
