Description

Sweep result is not consistent when there is initial overlap but the x sign(+/-) is not same. I believe this issue is related to [Link Removed]

So this leads to inconsistent behavior in the TwinStickExample template when the pawn is overlapped with any other object.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Create a new project with Twin Stick Shooting template.
2) Add z offset -30 for TwinStickPawn in the TwinStickExampleMap (To overlap with platform)
3) Run game in PIE mode
4) Try press WASD keyboard to move around
5) Notice that S key makes TwinStickPawn to move.

Expected: No movement response from WASD keys.
