Open Level node does not open the correct level in Packaged game. Instead of loading the level named in the node, the node will just open the current level. This issue can cause problems with Matinees or sequences that open a new level, using the open level node, upon finishing.
Regression:
This issue does not occur in the 4.15.3 binary build of the engine.
Result: The Executable opens the level that the user is currently in
Expected Result: The Executable opens the level called NEXT
