The change to make the grab handle a uniform size in CL# 3319966 changed the distance from the top of the node to the pin, which breaks a part of their primary purpose, to soothe OCD misalignment issues and causes a regression in the layout of existing graphs.
Working: Open a BP saved prior to 4.16 that contains reroute nodes and verify they look as expected, or add some reroute nodes and make sure they can be aligned (via regular moving on the snap grid) to the first exec pin in a node.
Not working: Pins are in the wrong place, reroute pins cannot be aligned to match the first exec pin in a node.
