Description

If a client joins a session while the host is moving their character, the character's mesh will become offset on the client.

Found in 4.16.1 and reproduced in 4.17 Main CL# 3483266

This is a regression, as it did not occur in 4.15.3.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the user's test project: [Link Removed]
  2. PIE With 2 Players
  3. Press G on the server to host a session
  4. Press H on the client to join (it will join after a 5 second delay)
  5. Quickly switch over to the server window and move the character around consistently while the client is joining

Result: After the client joins, the server character's mesh has been offset

Expected: No mesh offset would occur.
