RenderDoc plugin settings will be reset on project restart.
Saved\Config\Windows\RenderDocPlugin.ini does get created, but values from the ini file do not seem to get loaded.
1. Enable RenderDoc plugin(and restart the project)
2. Open Project Settings and change RenderDoc plugin settings
3. Restart and check RenderDoc plugin settings - plugin settings are reset to default
