Description

If an Arrow component's size is set in the construction script via the "Arrow Size" node it will be set correctly upon compile. However, if the actor is moved in the scene the size of the arrow will return to the default size of the arrow component.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Create a new actor blueprint
  3. Add an Arrow component
  4. Open the construction script
  5. Drag off of a reference to the arrow component and do set Arrow size
  6. Set arrow size using the node to 10
  7. Place an instance of the actor blueprint in the level
  8. Compile
  9. Take note of the size of the arrow component
  10. Move the actor in the scene

Result: The arrow component resets back to its default size
Expected: The arrow component would remain the size it was set to in the construction script
