Mouse acts as touch in content browser after alt+tabbing out of a PIE session that contains Virtual Joy Sticks

If the user alt+tabs out of the editor while using a virtual joy stick in pie, it will cause the mouse to use touch inputs. One example of this would be clicking the content folder which will then toggle the content browser to show all assets (the same as ctrl+left click)

1. Open the editor
2. Set "Use Mouse For Touch" to true (Project settings > Input > Mouse properties > Use Mouse For Touch)
3. Play in Editor
4. Click and hold down left moue button on a Virtual Joy stick
5. While still holding down the left mouse button, Alt+Tab out of the editor
6. Click back into the editor
7. Click the content folder in sources panel

Result: The view in the content browser will switch to show All assets as if the content folder had been ctrl+left click
Expected: The content folder would be selected
