Incorrect specs in experimental mobile PIE json profiles

Description

I noticed three issues with the mobile PIE device preview json profiles:

  1. The Nexus5.json is a copy-paste of the GalaxyS3.json
  2. The iPhone7.json DeviceModel is set to "IPhone7Plus"
  3. iPhone 5 is present in the list of devices
Steps to Reproduce

The easiest repro is to view the json files in comment

In-editor repro is
1. Enable mobile PIE with preview device in Editor Preferences
2. Load SunTemple
3. Use PIE > Mobile Preview > Android > Nexus 5

RESULT: The preview uses lower spec quality settings (no metal, no specular)
