Description

When the user duplicates (using Ctrl+W) two components that are attached, their attachment hierarchy isn't preserved.

This occurs in both the blueprint SCSEditor and in IWCE.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame in editor.
  2. Select the Floor mesh in the Default level.
  3. From the Modes tab, drag two meshes into the component editor in the Details panel.
  4. Move one of the added static mesh components so it's nested under the other added static mesh component.
  5. Select both added mesh components.
  6. Press Ctrl+W.

RESULT

Both meshes are duplicated, but their hierarchy is preserved (one remains attached under the original mesh component).
