When spawning particles from skeletalMesh vertices(using Skeleteal Vert/Surf Location), if the specified mesh is a cloth, some particles appear away from the mesh itself. This happens in 4.16 and 4.17 preview3.
1. Open the attached project(it contains clothes from Content Example, and a particle that spawn from skeletalMesh verts)
2. PIE or simulate to see some particles are displayed in totally different positions
