Cinematic viewport transform controls remain after switching back to the default viewport

Cinematic viewport transform controls remain after switching back to the default viewport.

1. Open the editor
2. Click the view mode (see image) drop down and hover over the options inside (don't click)
3. Click the viewport button to the left of the view mode drop down and select cinematic viewport
4. Click the viewport button to the left of the view mode drop down and select default viewport

Result: The transform controls remain as the cinematic viewport controls (see image)
Expected: The transform controls would switch back to the default transform controls
