Error message for restricted name "CLOCK$" only displays "$"

Repro:

1. Run UE4Editor.exe
2. In the Unreal Project Browser, select the New Project tab
3. In the Name textfield, enter the following name:

   CLOCK${noformat}
   # Observe the error message in the lower right of the Unreal Project Browser
   
   *Result:*
   Error message does not display the restricted name as "CLOCK$" and displays the following:
   

   ! Project names may not contain the following characters: ${noformat}

Expected:
Error message displays the full restricted name in the error message:

! Project names may not contain the following characters: CLOCK${noformat}
