Description

When using a project that has a blueprint in a level when the project is created, there is an issue that is occurring when you modify the compile settings and attempt to save the level There is an error that occurs. This issue does not occur if you create a new blueprint and place it in the level. This issue is a regression from 4.16

Error message:

The asset '/Game/ThirdPersonBP/Maps/ThirdPersonExampleMap' (ThirdPersonExampleMap.umap) failed to save.

Cancel: Stop saving all assets and return to the editor.
Retry: Attempt to save the asset again.
Continue: Skip saving this asset only.

Versions Tested:
4.16.3 - CL: 3561208 (Issue does not occur)
4.17.1 - CL: 3586342 (Issue occurs)
4.18.0 - CL: 3597901 (Issue occurs)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project based on the Third Person Character blueprint
  2. When the level opens select the Third Person character in the level and open its blueprint
  3. Click the down facing arrow next to compile and highlight the save on compile option, then select the option "On success only"
  4. Add the event begin play node to the event graph
  5. Compile and close the blueprint
  6. Under file click the "Save Current option"
    Result: An error will not allow the blueprint to save
    Expected Result: The Blueprint Saves without issue
