Dynamic point lights are not supported on mobile, they will get ignored. Only the static ones will be used for calculating the lightmaps.
When Changing the Light source in the Sci Fi Hallway from stationary to movable, the room will become dark on Mobile preview.
1) Open Sci-Fi Hallway on the provided change list
2) When the Project opens, Locate the Light Source in the Scene Outliner
3) Click on 'Light Source" to access the details panel
4) Change the Mobility from Stationary to Movable
5) Click on the build option in the Toolbar
6) When Lighting has finished building, Select the drop down next to play
7) Select Mobile preview
