Description

Light Propagation Volume Occlusion does not affect scene as it should.
The workaround in 4.17.2 is to disable DBuffer decals which will enable the Light Propagation Volume Occlusion.

Occurs in 4.17.2 CL 3658906, 4.18.0 CL 3709383 and 4.19 Main

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Enable LPV by enabling r.LightPropagationVolume = 1 in consolevariables.ini
  2. Create new Blank project, no starter content
  3. Open empty level
  4. Add AtmosphericFog
  5. Add SkyLight and DirectionalLight and set these to "Movable"
  6. Enable "Dynamic Indirect Lighting" on DirectionalLight
  7. Add PostProcessVolume and check "Infinite Extent (Unbound)
  8. Add Geometry to level
  9. In Light Propagation Volume options for PostProcessVolume, check Size and increase
  10. Increase Light Propagation Volume Intensity
  11. Enable Occlusion Intensity, set to 1

Result: When Occlusion Intensity is set to 1, occlusion does not inject light as intended
Expected: When Occlusion Intensity is set to 1, occlusion works properly
