Black bar appears in Scene Capture 2D texture when using VR (resolution 1920 by 1080)

1. Download the attached file
2. Open the project
3. Play in editor

Result: The plane with the Scene Capture 2D has a black bar running down the middle
Expected: The Scene Capture 2D would appear the same as it does when not using VR
