Hiding level in Levels tab jumps to Details tab if it is docked with Levels tab

When toggling level visibility in the Levels tab and the Details tab is also on the window it will jump over to the Details tab. This was tested with other tabs and when toggling visibility it remained on the Levels tab. Even if other tabs are also on the same dock it will still jump over to Details tab. This bug was not present in 4.17.2 but is in 4.18 and 4.19.

• Create new project.
• Go to the Levels tab
• Add Details tab to the window with the Levels Tab
• Add a new level
• Hide the level

Result: It jumps to the Details tab

Expected: It remains on the same tab.
