User is reporting a crash when using the console command "highreshot #" with any number.

1. PIE or PLay in Stand alone
2. Press ~ Key
3. Type Console Command "highresshot 2"
RESULTS: Editor Crashes
EXPECTED: Editor takes High Resolution Screenshot and saves in Saved Folder.
