Description

When attaching actors via the world outliner, there is an issue occurring using the visibility option, actors attached via the world outliner do not follow the visibility of what they are attached to. This issue does not appear to be a regression.

Versions Tested: Issue occurs in all versions tested
4.17.2 - CL: 3658906
4.18.1 - CL: 3754814
4.19.0 - CL: 3650786

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project (No template or starter content needed)
  2. Create a new empty level
  3. Add a folder to the world outliner
  4. Add a cube to the level and in the world outliner add it to the created folder
  5. Turn the visibility off and on for the folder (Expected Result)
  6. add a sphere to the level and attach it to the cube in the world outliner
  7. turn off and on the visibility of the folder & the cube
    Result: The attached sphere remains visible
    Expected result: The sphere matches the visibility of the actor attached
