Description

As of 4.18 and onward, collision sweeps related to Character Movement seem to be causing higher tick times than usual.

This did not occur in 4.17

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Open the project in 4.17
  3. Press play
  4. Run the console command "stat game"
  5. Note the Tick Time (around 1ms)
  6. Close the project
  7. Convert the project to 4.18 and open it
  8. Press play
  9. Run the console command "stat game"
    Result: The Tick Time is higher than it was in 4.17, around 5ms (Amount depends on system)
    Expected: The Tick Time is the same as in 4.17
