Description

Hierarchical instance static meshes appear to have a shadowing issues when transitioning between LODs when dithering using Stencils.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached project
  2. Open project
  3. Move the the camera around in the level

Result: The rocks in the level appear to have blacked out sections while the LODs change
Expected: The rocks would not have a noticeably blacked out section when transitioning LODs
