Blutility buttons are broken if graph is edited while panel is open.

Video repro attached
1. In Editor Preferences -> Experimental, enable "Editor Utility Blueprints (Blutility)"
2. Create a Blutility, add a function that fires a printstring
3. Close Edit Blueprint/Eventgraph window
4. Double Click on your Blutility in the content browser
5. Rightclick on Blutility in content browser and select "Edit Blueprint"
(order of operations important for steps 4 and 5, you are unable to open both tabs if edit blueprint is open)
6. Add another printstring to the execution chain
7. Observe that Blutility button no longer works
Button tab must be closed and reopened for changes to take effect
